FILING AND REPRESENTATION

Important information for self-represented people and entities

The Court's official e-filing guidance states that civil-action filings generally are submitted through File & ServeXpress by a Delaware-licensed attorney. It directs people who have not retained Delaware counsel or who are self-represented to contact the Register in Chancery for guidance about alternate methods. The same guide states that entities cannot appear pro se and must be represented by licensed Delaware counsel.

Register in Chancery: 302-255-0544. Confirm current instructions directly with the Court; this page is not a filing guide.
